A Letter to Our Customers and Community

These are unprecedented times, with business, social, community, and everyday routines experiencing controlled chaos in the face of Covid-19. We recognize that this is particularly true for everyone in the healthcare industry. You are the frontline, caring for and supporting those with the virus as well as those at the highest risk. The ongoing global efforts of the healthcare industry are reminding us of the meaning of humanity: compassion and selflessness, especially in the face of adversity.

At Kent Imaging, we have complied with Federal recommendations in our home country of Canada, as well as in the United States. We have staggered our in-house workforce and transitioned everyone to work remotely wherever possible. We remain fully operational at this time and our team is here to support you with your SnapshotNIR device. Our goal is to remain ready when called upon. Priority is being focused on those implementing SnapshotNIR in wound centers to prevent patients from being moved to other departments for vascular assessment.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Cleaning your device is simple and should be done between each patient. The entire device has been designed using plastics that allow for multiple types of disinfectants. In our facility we use CaviWipes by Metrexhowever alcohol-based cleaners or hydrogen peroxide can be used. Sterile drapes are also available should the need present itself in order to prevent the spread of infections.

We are in this together and strive to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 in whatever way we can. On behalf of all of us at Kent Imaging, we hope you keep yourself, your families, and all those in your care safe during this unprecedented time.

Healthcare workers exemplify humanity and it is truly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Pierre Lemire
