Pierre Lemire, Chief Executive Officer
A technology commercialization expert with over 30 years of experience in the high tech world of imaging, Mr. Lemire provides the day to day leadership for Kent Imaging. His past roles as a CTO at Autodesk Inc and Co-Founder of Calgary Scientific provide key experiences that he uses to guide Kent Imaging’s corporate strategy and vision.
Dr. Adam Landsman, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Adam Landsman is the Chief Medical Officer for Kent Imaging and in this role guides the medical use of Kent’s technology. He is the Chief of Podiatry at the Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston and provides expert care for all foot and ankle conditions. He is a board-certified foot surgeon and serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Michael Sowa, Chief Science Officer
Dr. Sowa is Chief Science Officer for Kent Imaging and is responsible for scientific research and product innovation. He spent 24 years leading the National Research Council of Canada’s spectroscopy development team where his team invented and patented the NIR technology licensed by Kent Imaging as well as ICG imaging systems. He has over 100 publications and continues to extend Kent’s patent portfolio.
Darrell Barnhart, Vice President
Mr. Barnhart has over 22 years of experience working in the medical device industry. As an expert in engineering and regulatory affairs, he is responsible for Kent’s Quality Management System. Mr. Barnhart has been responsible for leading Kent in obtaining both FDA and Health Canada clearance for the KD203 device. Mr. Barnhart is also responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of the Kent’s products.
Jeff Hydar, Vice President of Sales, NA
Jeff Hydar is an award winning strategic sales executive that has run successful teams with Johnson & Johnson, LifeCell (Acelity), and Medline. Mr. Hydar brings over twenty years of pharmaceutical and medical device sales experience to Kent. Mr. Hydar directs Kent's product sales in the wound and surgical care market with his experience guiding sales teams and his motivational leadership style.
Liz Newell, Director of Clinical Research and Training
Ms Newell is Kent’s Clinical Manager and is responsible for client training and the clinical validation of Kent's products. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Calgary’s Biomedical Technology program.
